We are manufacturing prism profile inserts as per customer demand or according to his data. These inserts are mainly used in ighting industries as well as in Toys Industries for mould making.
We are having fully CNC Machining Facilities for mould and dies Engraving directly on mould or by various types of Engraving / Embossing Electrodes. we have 10 - 30000 RPM machining facility and we are using up to 0.2mm dia endmills - ballnose and for special profiles selfmade 0.05mm dia Engraving cutters. We can do up to 0.5mm corrector hight Engraving and depth according to the customers desire. Quoted Price will be very according to the design and size provided by the customers.
